Director

Justin is the Together Homes Director, he has a vast experience in estate agency and financial services with large corporate estate agencies and also owns Instant Mortgage Solutions.

Justin moved to Elm Park back in 2016 and loves spending time with his family, and is highly motivated to work with the local community on various issues and support local charities.

Michelle Madder

Property Manager

Michelle brings over 20 years of local property experience and enjoys engaging with people and understanding a multitude of situations to make peoples dreams happen.

Michelle has two grown up sons who have flown the nest, enjoys taking her adopted dog for walks, follows football, rugby and cricket and socialising with family and friends.

Vicky Garrett

Branch Manager

Vicky has been working within the industry for over 20 years with a vast range of experience in the Thurrock and Havering area. Vicky is passionate about customer service and treating others how she would like to be treated herself.

Out of work my time is taken up with my boys sporting clubs and family fun.

Saiore Palmer

Trainee Sales Negotiator

Saiore has always had a love for properties, but her love was with the construction of properties and late last year she decided to expand her passion from building them to selling them, and helping people find their dream home!

In her spare time Saiore was a Miss England Finalist, regularly representing Miss England and modelling for them at events, but not to mention her biggest achievement her baby girl.

Griffin Residential Elm Park were faultless in their handling of the sale of our house. I was very happy with the service received from Griffin when selling my house. Initially Michelle started proceedings but I just was not ready to make the leap. She showed great patience but was away when I was finally ready.
Vicky did a great job and her colleague who conducted the open house was superb. My house sold very quickly and I was thrilled. I had found a property to buy and Vicky gave me great advice on how to progress the sale and was a great listener when I started to get anxious or frustrated. It all went so well that once I had moved my things into storage I went off to tour the Scottish Highlands in my campervan whilst the sale was completed and building works to update the new property went ahead.
I am now happily settled in my new apartment and Griffin has restored my faith in estate agents. I also love that they offer so much support to community groups as this makes such a difference. Thank you.
